Lesson Bookings & Payment

All private tutoring sessions are booked in advance. Payments must be processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Wise prior to the lesson or package start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that schedules change. Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 12 hours advance notice at zero fee. If notice is given less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time, the lesson fee is non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Refunds (Packages)

If you purchase a multi-lesson package and are unable to complete the remaining hours, a partial refund may be issued for the unused lessons, calculated at the standard single-lesson rate for the lessons already taken.

Punctuality

If you are late for a lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time to respect the timetable of subsequent students. If I am late, the lost time will be added to the end of the lesson or credited to a future session.
